Ms.Brunetti's Class Information

       Parents and Students! Welcome to the new 2016-2017 school year! It is exciting to be in the classroom once again.I am looking forward to assisting your child navigate successfully through  Rogers Middle School. As the Resource Specialist for Rogers, my job description changes most every year depending on the diverse needs of our student population.A portion of my job involves helping general education teachers modify and accommodate curriculum for students who currently have an IEP on file. Collaborating with parents,teachers,administrators,students and counselors to keep SPED students heading in the right direction is another piece of my work description. Writing IEP's, assessing,testing students to check for learning disabilities, are also part of my function on campus. Running small groups for specialized help in certain academic areas such as Reading Fluency, comprehension, and math skills round out my professional workload. Mostly I am here to keep my SPED students learning and finding success in the general education setting. Ms. Erika is also here to facilitate the students to make smooth transitions. With double the push and an ample amount of strive that will make their goals possible to achieve.
