I am pleased to be here at Will Rogers Middle School teaching 6th grade math and language arts. Before my life at Rogers began 12 years ago, I taught 2nd and 3rd grades at Kit Carson School for 10 years. I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Harding University, and a Master of Arts Degree in Teaching from USC. Prior to teaching, I worked as a Behavioral Specialist at College Hospital in Cerritos, where I worked with children and families in crisis. I've also worked as a camp counselor, preschool teacher, home daycare assistant, Sunday School teacher, and Children's Ministry Director. I am truly living my dream as a teacher as I decided I wanted to work with children when I was just 7 years old!
